  • A confirmation and digital invoice will be sent once payment is successfully completed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Palestine and selected international destinations.

  • Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

  • Any delivery issue must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days after approval.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened personal care or cosmetic products cannot be returned.
